Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days from the time you place your order. When the order is shipped with UPS, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Oslo, Norway.

Standard delivery time: 2-5 business days

The following shipping costs will apply to your order:

• Free shipping for orders over 150 EUR.
• Shipping cost for orders under 150 EUR is 9.9 EUR.

Useful information

It is important that the recipient's name is clearly visible on the mailbox. You can track your package via UPS. You will receive a delivery notification by email when your package is on its way.

Some delays may occur during sales, very busy periods, holidays, or severe weather conditions. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not account for potential delays.

If you have not received your package within 5 weeks, it is your responsibility as the customer to notify us within 5 weeks of your order. After this period, your order will be considered delivered.

Uncollected packages

For any packages that are not collected, regardless of the reason, a fee of 20 EUR will be charged. This fee covers our costs and the courier’s expenses, including storage, shipping, and return costs.
